Sam Saunders is a professional golfer from the United States. He was born on July 30, 1987, in Orlando, Florida. He is the grandson of golf legend Arnold Palmer. Saunders played college golf at Clemson University and turned professional in 2009.
Saunders has played on the PGA Tour and the Web.com Tour. He has won once on the Web.com Tour at the 2015 Web.com Tour Championship. He has made over 200 career starts on the PGA Tour with one top-10 finish.
Saunders is also involved in charitable work and has started the Sam Saunders Foundation, which supports community organizations and is committed to improving the lives of children and young adults in need.
